Trust Administration [SPSC]; Revises beneficiary definition to exclude specified interests as beneficial interests; provides additional limitation on terms of trust prevailing over Florida Trust Code provisions; revises representation authority for holders of power of appointment; authorizes trust instruments to authorize specified persons to designate one or more persons to represent & bind beneficiary & receive information, etc.
