CS/SB 968: Traffic Offenses [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Garcia
Traffic Offenses [SPSC]; Requires minimum penalties for a person who commits a traffic infraction resulting in death or severe bodily injury. Requires community service hours for certain noncriminal traffic infractions under certain conditions. Provides for certain rights for a victim, or the next of kin if the victim is deceased, of a crash that causes death or serious bodily injury.
