Abortion; Requires that ultrasound be performed on any woman obtaining abortion; specifies who must perform ultrasound; requires that ultrasound be reviewed with patient prior to woman giving informed consent; specifies who must review with patient; requires that woman certify in writing that she declined to review ultrasound & did so of her own free will & without undue influence, etc.
