Student Discipline and School Safety; Requires that district school board review its policy allowing corporal punishment once every 3 years during district school board meeting; revises content of district school board policies of zero tolerance; revises criteria for reporting acts to law enforcement; requires disciplinary or prosecutorial action taken against student who violates zero tolerance policy to be based on particular circumstances of student's misconduct, etc.
