SB 4-A: Implementing Special Appropriations
GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means
Implementing Special Appropriations; Reenacts a specified provision relating to the source and use of certain trust funds, in order to implement the transfer of moneys to the General Revenue Fund from trust funds as provided in the 2008-2009 Special Appropriations Act. Provides legislative intent with respect to the repayment of moneys to the Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund, etc.
