Distribution/Proceeds of Excise Tax on Documents [WPSC]; Revises, as of specified fiscal year, distribution of portion of proceeds of excise tax on documents to Land Acquisition Trust Fund for debt service obligations for specified bonds; allocates specified amount to General Revenue Fund each fiscal year; retains allocation of remainder to trust fund.
