GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Jones
Juvenile Justice Facilities and Programs [SPSC]; Defines the term "ordinary medical care." Requires that the DJJ adopt rules to ensure the effective delivery of services to children in the care and custody of the DJJ. Clarifies that the rules of the DJJ do not supersede provisions governing consent to treatment and services, etc.
