GENERAL BILL by Rich
Domestic Violence Trust Fund [SPSC]; Requires the court to impose a surcharge of $301, rather than the formerly imposed surcharge of $201, for violations of certain specified provisions of law and for other offenses of domestic violence. Requires the clerk of court to deposit the sum of $185, rather than the formerly required deposit of $85, into the Domestic Violence Trust Fund.
