Local Government Prompt Payment Act [CPSC]; Revises provisions relating to the timely payment for purchases of construction services. Requires a local governmental entity to identify in a construction contract the agent or employee or facility or office to which a contractor may submit its payment request or invoice. Revises provisions relating to the resolution of disputes concerning an improper payment request or invoice, etc.
