GENERAL BILL by Altman
Performing Arts Center Funding [WPSC]; Provides an alternative requirement for the DOR to distribute certain sales tax proceeds to certain performing arts centers under certain circumstances. Designates the OTTED as the state agency for screening and certifying applicants for performing arts center funding. Requires the office to adopt funding application rules. Authorizes the department to conduct audits to verify certain expenditures, etc.
