GENERAL BILL by Justice
Assault and Battery/Social Workers [SPSC]; Provides for the upgrading of the degree of specified assault and battery offenses committed against specified persons based on their position or employment. Provides for sentencing. Provides for additional imprisonment in certain circumstances. Prohibits gain-time and discretionary early release for offenders. Provides an exception.
