Prepaid Developmental Disabilities Savings Program; Creates Prepaid Developmental Disabilities Savings Program to be administered by Florida Prepaid College Board in conjunction with Stanley G. Tate Florida Prepaid College Program; requires prepaid contract plan to provide for advance payment for eligible services for qualified beneficiary & investment plan to provide for investment of funds by benefactor for qualified beneficiary, etc.
