GENERAL BILL by Randolph
Medicaid Fraud; Requires DOH, OIR, DFS, & AHCA to deny, revoke, suspend, or refuse to issue or renew permits, certificates of authority, or licenses of specified entities that have been convicted of, or entered plea of guilty or nolo contendere to, regardless of adjudication, felony involving Medicaid fraud.
