GENERAL BILL by Sobel
Antiretroviral Drugs [WPSC]; Prohibits limitations on the prescribing of antiretroviral drugs for treating human immunodeficiency virus infection. Conforms provisions to changes made by the act. Prohibits health insurance policies and HMOs from limiting the prescribing of antiretroviral drugs for treating human immunodeficiency virus infection.
