Offenses on the Grounds of Religious Institutions; Provides for reclassification of crimes of theft & burglary committed on grounds of religious institutions; deletes requirement that section prohibiting certain crimes on grounds of religious institutions apply only to crimes committed against persons on such grounds for purpose of participating in or attending religious service.
