Pub. Rec./Competitive Procurement Solicitation [CPSC]; Provides that bids, proposals, or replies in response to a competitive procurement solicitation are exempt from the public records law. Limits how long such records are exempt. Provides a temporary exemption from the public meetings law for meetings at which vendors make presentations or answer questions as part of a competitive procurement solicitation. Provides for future repeal and legislative review of the exemptions under OGSR Act, etc.
