GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Commerce ; Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Spaceflight [WPSC]; Provides for the OTTED to administer corporate income tax credits for commercial spaceflight projects. Authorizes nontransferable corporate income tax credits, transferable net operating loss tax credits, and machinery and equipment tax credits for certified commercial spaceflight businesses engaged in commercial spaceflight projects. Requires the OTTED to approve or deny an application within 60 days after receipt, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
