Children's Services [SPSC]; Requires the governing body of the county to submit to the electorate the question of retention or dissolution of a special taxing district created to provide funding for children's services. Prescribes a schedule and conditions relating to submission of the question to the electorate. Prescribes reauthorization conditions governing newly created children's services districts, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
