Child Care Facilities/Licensing Standards [SPSC]; Cites this act as the "John F. Serrano, Rachel Lou Napier, and Alexandra Ali Safety and Accountability Act." Provides minimum licensing requirements for window blinds and other window coverings. Provides for certain household children to be included in calculations regarding the capacity of licensed family day care homes and large family child care homes. Revises advertising requirements applicable to child care facilities, etc.
