Criminal Prosecution of Juveniles; Provides additional circumstances for direct filing of charges against certain juveniles; provides criteria for determining when case against juvenile should be recommended to court to be transferred for criminal prosecution; provides criteria for consideration of child's request to adult court to return criminal case to juvenile justice system.
