Sellers of Travel; Provides that exemptions to pt. XI of ch. 559, F.S., Florida Sellers of Travel Act, do not apply to sellers of travel offering or selling prearranged travel, tourist-related services, or tour-guide services to any person traveling directly from Florida to terrorist nation; provides definition; provides for retroactive & prospective application.
