GENERAL BILL by Wilson
School Nurse Services [SPSC]; Cites this act as the "One School, One Nurse Act." Creates a specified provision relating to public-private partnerships for the provision of school nurse services. Provides duties of the State Surgeon General and the Commissioner of Education in publicizing the availability of matching funds and determining eligibility for such funds. Provides a process for a community to submit a proposal to receive matching funds, etc. APPROPRIATION: $75,000.
