Official Records/Electronic Documents [SPSC]; Provides for the inclusion of an additional statute in the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act. Delays the termination of the Electronic Recording Advisory Committee. Declares that certain electronic documents accepted for recordation are deemed validly recorded. Provides intent to clarify existing law. Provides for retroactive application.
