SB 1324: School-based AIDS Education [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

School-based AIDS Education [SPSC]; Requires the DOE to award grants to public school districts to implement school-based AIDS education activities. Provides for the grant awards to be made from funds appropriated by the Legislature. Specifies requirements for grant proposals by school districts. Requires that the department consider specified factors in awarding grants. Requires each school district that receives a grant to file an annual report with the department.
