GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Lynn

Higher Education [WPSC]; Revises provisions relating to the use of funds for providing educational opportunities and benefits to dependent children or spouses of deceased or disabled veterans. Requires that the State Board of Education base the eligibility of students to receive a Florida Academic Scholars award on SAT percentile ranks. Provides for a student who attended a home education program to be eligible for a Florida Medallion Scholars award, etc.
