Detention by Licensed Security Officers; Authorizes certain licensed security officers to detain certain individuals until arrival of law enforcement officer; provides limits on such detention; requires that such security officers notify appropriate law enforcement agency as quickly as possible; requires transfer of alleged offender to custody of officer, etc.
