Motor Vehicle Franchise Agreements; Revises provisions governing franchise agreements between motor vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or importer & motor vehicle dealer; prohibits DHSMV from renewing license of manufacturer, factory branch, distributor, or importer unless licensee complies with specified provisions; requires such licensee to provide affidavit to department regarding provisions of its existing franchise agreements, etc.
