GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax
Assessment of Lands Used for Conservation Purposes [EPSC]; Provides for certain lands that are convenanted for use for conservation purposes to be assessed for ad valorem taxation in the same manner as lands used for outdoor recreational or park purposes. Redefines the term "covenant." Defines the term "conservation purposes." Specifies the information that must be included in a covenant. Requires covenants to be notarized, etc.
