SB 138: Public Meetings [EPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Rich
Public Meetings [EPSC]; Adds the risk manager and certain division heads of a governmental entity to the persons who may attend a private meeting discussing pending litigation. Authorizes the required public announcement of an attorney-client session to be made immediately before the session. Prohibits an adverse party from attending the attorney-client session, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
