GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax

Assessment of Residential Property [WPSC]; Defines the term "renewable energy source device." Prohibits a property appraiser from considering the installation and operation of a renewable energy source device in determining the assessed value of residential property. Deletes the definition of the terms "renewable energy source device" and "device" for purposes of ch. 196, F.S., relating to property tax exemptions, etc.
