Foreclosures [CPSC]; Provides requirements for officers, directors, & agents of timeshare owners' association; authorizes managing entity to bring judicial & trustee actions to foreclose certain liens; renames title of part III of ch. 721, to conform to changes made by act; establishes procedure for trustee foreclosure assessment liens & mortgage liens; provides for appointment of trustee; provides recording requirements for such liens, etc.
