Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Revises Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program beginning with initial awards for 2011 fall term; provides that, for students receiving initial awards beginning with 2011 fall term, program shall consist of five levels of awards; specifies eligibility requirements & award amounts for each level of award; provides requirements for renewal of awards, etc.
