GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dean
Water Management Districts [EPSC]; Revises provisions relating to the obstruction of public canals and drainage works. Revises the requirement that the district governing board delegate its authority to take final actions to the executive director. Revises the board's authority to delegate final actions to the executive director. Requires the board to provide a process for referring certain delegated actions to the governing board for final action, etc.
