GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano
Highway Safety [WPSC]; Removes provisions requiring the driver of a vehicle that is involved in a crash resulting in bodily injury to or the death of any person or damage to any vehicle or other property to forward a written report of the crash to the HSMV within a specified time. Requires the HSMV to authorize any or all tax collectors in the state to serve as agents for the department by providing certain specified driver's license services, etc.
