Dentistry and Dental Hygiene; Revises definition of term "health access settings" for purposes of provisions regulating practice of dentistry; revises scope of practice for dental hygienists; revises locations at which dental hygienists may perform dental charting; authorizes dental hygienists to perform certain duties without supervision by dentist.
