GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden
Implementing 2010-2011 General Appropriations Act [WPSC]; Delays the expiration of a provision requiring that funds appropriated for forensic mental health treatment services be allocated to certain areas of the state. Prohibits a state agency from adopting or implementing a rule or policy that mandates new nitrogen-reduction limits that apply to existing or new onsite sewage treatment systems, has the effect of requiring the use of performance based treatment systems, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided
