Florida Kidcare Program; Provides that children under age 1 may participate in Medikids program; provides that children who are eligible for state-sponsored health benefit plan & subsidized Kidcare program may enroll in Florida Kidcare program; provides that eligible child who is lawful immigrant may enroll in Florida Kidcare program regardless of child's date of entry; authorizes Kidcare coverage for temporomandibular joint disease, etc.
