Health Care [SPSC]; Repeals a provision relating to a prohibition against applying the Drug-Free Workplace Act retroactively. Establishes the physician workforce graduate medical education innovation pilot projects under the department. Requires persons who apply for licensure renewal as a dentist or dental hygienist to furnish certain information to the DOH in a dental workforce survey, etc. APPROPRIATION: $75,000.
