GENERAL BILL by Gelber ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Ring ; Hill ; Storms ; Wilson ; Villalobos ; Siplin

Public Procurement [GPSC]; Provides that a public servant who fails to advertise, publicly announce, or electronically post a solicitation for commodities or contractual services commits a felony of the second degree under certain circumstances. Imposes criminal penalties. Reenacts a specified provision relating to the offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment Code, to incorporate the amendment made in a reference thereto.
