GENERAL BILL by Evers
Motor Vehicles; Revises vehicles upon which an ignition interlock device must be installed upon conviction for which such placement is ordered; setting forth standard to be used by court in determining whether person is able to pay for an ignition interlock device; requires person who uses vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device to obtain an ignition interlock-restricted driver's license, etc.
