Water Resource Protection; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H1407, H1367, & H1605) Directs counties & municipalities, in cooperation with water management districts, to evaluate primary water resources; authorizes counties & municipalities to use funds collected for water & sewage utility services for water resource protection & restoration; authorizes counties & municipalities to transfer funds to water management districts for such purposes.
