Florida Forever Program Trust Fund/DCA [WPSC]; Re-creates said trust fund within the Department of Community Affairs. Reenacts and amends a specified provision relating to said trust fund. Provides for sources of funds and purposes. Provides for the annual carryforward of funds. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
