Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions [CPSC]; Exempts from use tax aircraft owned by nonresidents & entering & remaining in state for specified purposes; deletes mandatory penalty provision; deletes authorization to return specified aircraft to state for repairs without liability for taxes & penalty under specified circumstances.
