GENERAL BILL by Oelrich
Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems [EPSC]; Requires owners of onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems to have such systems periodically inspected. Directs the DOH to administer an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system inspection program. Requires the DOH to administer a grant program to assist owners in the repair of specified onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems. Revises the fees for septic tank contractor and master septic tank contractor registrations, etc.
