Domestic, Repeat, Sexual and Dating Violence [SPSC]; Provides that a court may order a respondent to wear a global positioning monitoring device if it appears to the court that the petitioner is the victim of domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence or has reasonable cause to believe that he or she is in imminent danger of becoming a victim of such violence. Provides that the petitioner be provided a telephone contact of a law enforcement agency, etc.
