GENERAL BILL by Thrasher
Charter Schools/Maximum Class Size [SPSC]; Requires that a charter school comply with the maximum class size requirements in s.1, Art. IX of the State Constitution. Provides that the calculation for compliance with the maximum class size requirements be the average at the school level.
