SB 1816: Assisted Living Facilities [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation
Assisted Living Facilities [SPSC]; Deletes the requirement for an assisted living facility to obtain an additional license in order to provide limited nursing services. Deletes the requirement for the AHCA to conduct quarterly monitoring visits of facilities that hold a license to provide extended congregate care services. Deletes the requirement for the DOEA to report annually on the status of and recommendations related to extended congregate care, etc.
