Rec./Title Insurance, Insurers, & Agents/DFS [CPSC]; Exempts certain information relating to title insurance, title insurers, and title insurance agents from certain public records disclosure requirements. Exempts certain proceedings and records from public meetings and public records requirements. Provides for future review and repeal of the exemptions in this act under the OGSR Act. Provides a statement of public necessity.
