Title Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund/DFS [CPSC]; Creates the Title Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund within the Division of Title Insurance of the Department of Financial Services. Provides for administration of the trust fund and use of moneys therein. Requires balances to remain in the trust fund. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund.
