SB 1858: Property Protection/Bankruptcy/Other Proceedings [CPSC]

Property Protection/Bankruptcy/Other Proceedings [CPSC]; Expands the list of property eligible for exemption by an individual debtor under the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 to include alimony, support, or separate maintenance already received. Provides that child support is held in trust for any children for whom such support is intended and is not considered property of the recipient.
